Are you gender variant? Do you find it hard to find clothes that fit? Are you short on money to spend on clothes? Do you wish you could get good clothes for cheap to match your gender expression?

Or MAYBE! You have some things in your closet or dresser that you just don’t wear anymore. Or maybe you’re trying to raise money for your transition - whether it be a name change or surgery or hormones or therapy or whatever it may be - we know transitioning is expensive, and we’re here to cater to you by giving you a resource to help.

The Tumblr Transgender Clothing Exchange was founded in 2011 to help those in the transgender community gain access to an important necessity when transitioning - clothes! Here those whose identities fall within the transgender umbrella can not only find clothing for themselves from others, but they can also get rid of the things collecting dust in their closet. Those non-trans identified individuals who wish to help are more than welcome to donate their unwanted clothing items to the community as well. 

The Exchange is open to anybody who identifies as transgender or is gender variant and/or supports the gender variant community.
